We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic person. In this role you'll never have the same day. You'll have various tasks which demands flexibility and a energetic approach. You'll be a source of information and support for management and employees in the field of all kinds of Office and HR issues
• HR support; assisting the organization’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, managing the HR archive, arranging interviews and probation meetings.
• Legal support ( set up contracts) PA / support for CEO and CIO (managing agendas, preparing meetings with clients, investors, shareholders, partners, arranging locations, flights, hotels)
• Administrative support
• Food & beverage manager for the office
• Arrange company meetings - agenda, communication to staff, location
• Facility management (building, office supplies, contracts, and everything related)
• Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
• Be a listening ear for colleagues who need assistance with anything
• Act as host for meetings with clients, partners, investors etc.
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Experience in an HR environment
• Personable with strong communication
• Driven and determined
• Knowledge of Dutch Employment law
• Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly
• Knowledge of Dutch language
